Last week, radio journalist and host of American Public Radio’s Marketplace, Kai Ryssdal, toured Zappos’ Henderson, Las Vegas headquarters. Author Tony Hsieh had the opportunity to later sit down with Ryssdal to talk happiness, corporate culture and his #1 New York Times Bestseller, Delivering Happiness: A Path to Profits, Passion, and Purpose. You can read the whole transcript, or even listen to the full story here.

I caught the end part from Aifm and wonder if you are the same person I heard last year, if it is about working culture or employment thing, it won’t work in Malaysia. However, I like to know if the book talk about how to engage US market from consumer behavior or their business culture.

By the way, you don’t sound convincing in Mandarin, perhaps its the language otherwise it sounded like your experience is based on telling stories that said to improve working life alone and superficial. Everybody faces those kind of old business management dilemma and you try to be the middle person, which I say no way in Malaysia, I wasted 20 years on these old Chinaman mentality.
