I agree that it is important to be able to connect with your staff on a personal level. You would want to make sure your staff are able to connect with eachother so they can have a great working environment that flows thru to their personal lives. Life is too short not to be happy. And that will shine through to the customers you serve.

I agree. I have watched Tony’s different presentations a number of times but I just never get tired of it. It’s almost like those memorable scenes in movies that send out a message. It sticks on you, and you want to just watch it over and over again. Kudos to Tony!
