  • How to prepare your leadership teams and employees to thrive amidst rapidly changing times by embracing the new levels of what’s normal.
  • How to create a  plan for the toughest scenarios, such as layoffs. We will share strategies for keeping your people and culture strong even on the toughest days.

Help leaders communicate and sustain culture, find new paths to keep trust, and engage teams while adapting to rapid changes.

  • DH Work from Home Framework to work from home productively while staying emotionally fit
  • Practical quick and actionable tools to regain control over your day
  • Practical quick and actionable tools to maintain and strengthen family and team connectedness
  • Practical quick and actionable tools to build a satisfying sense of progress and productivity

SUGGESTED FORMAT:

We suggest setting aside time for three 90-minute sessions but can adapt to your availability, ideally for up to 24 employees, but can accommodate up to 50 participants.

Increase well being and build resilience through things like emotional management, reframing, compassion, altruism, and kindness.

  • A comprehensive framework to build personal strength at a mental and physical level
