Jennifer sources great energy from understanding our clients' present state, envisioning their ideal state, and watching their story unfold. She loves witnessing the "Ah-hah!" moments when clients embrace their values and purpose and begin to thrive in new ways.

Before joining DH, Jennifer served as Account Manager for Global Novations, a consulting firm dedicated to improving the performance of business professionals. She and her team were awarded the prestigious PMI® Professional Development Provider of the Year Award for their innovative work. Driven and successful, Jennifer sought to integrate purpose and passion into the work she was doing. When Jennifer came to DH, she realized she could do just that. Since joining in 2011, Jennifer has happily found a sense of home in her role and organization.
